1. Company Overview

Chelsea Shipping is a product sourcing and logistics coordination company registered in China, helping businesses source customized products directly from reliable manufacturers.

2. Quotations

• All quotations are valid for 14 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated in the quotation itself.

• After the expiry date, prices and availability may change without notice.

• We reserve the right to modify or withdraw a quote at any time before confirmation of the order.

3. Orders & Payment

• Full payment is required before processing the order unless otherwise agreed upon during negotiation.

• Payment instructions will be provided along with your quotation.

• All transaction fees, bank charges, and currency exchange fees must be covered by the customer.

• Orders are considered confirmed only after the agreed payment has been received.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• We coordinate shipping through our partner networks once production is completed.

• Shipping fees and delivery timelines will be communicated based on the chosen method (air/sea).

• Once shipping has been processed, it is non-refundable.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, logistics providers, or external circumstances.

5. Returns & Refunds

• Due to the customized nature of the products, returns are not accepted unless:

  • The product is damaged on arrival.

  • The product significantly differs from the approved specifications.

• All issues must be reported within 1 day of receiving the goods.

• If a return is approved, refunds will be processed within 2–10 business days after review.

6. Quality & Inspection

• We perform basic quality control checks before shipping, and clients may request pre-shipping photos or videos.

• We do not accept liability for small imperfections that are within industry tolerances unless agreed upon in writing.

7. Intellectual Property

• Clients must ensure they have legal rights to any logos, branding, or artwork used on their custom products.

• Chelsea Shipping is not responsible for trademark or copyright disputes caused by customer-provided content.

8. Legal Jurisdiction

• Chelsea Shipping is registered in China and operates under applicable Chinese laws.

• Disputes arising from our services will be resolved in the relevant jurisdiction based on mutual agreement.
